I am a professional photographer
Photography is a passion of mine, since my early age. I was just eleven, when I went with my father, for the first time, in a dark room, where I put my hands in the trays with chemicals for the development and I noticed incredulously the image that gradually formed on the white surface of the paper.
Today, after so many years and after millions of shots, I am here to talk about photography.
I'm a person who was able to transform a passion in his profession.
At the age of 12, after being my father’s assistant for many times, and after taking photos with my first Hasselblad, I did my first wedding shooting. Being incredulous in the work I did, I managed to have a good result.
Since then I kept on taking photos and on being praised by all those who looked at my photos.
After graduating the secondary school, I decided to turn my passion into a job.
I received a diploma as a photography operator at the school of I. P. I.A Casanova of Naples.
I wasn’t enough for me, I wanted more, therefore I decided to apply for the School of Photography and Cinema, which was in Rome.
At the INSTITUTE OF CINEMA AND TV ROBERTO ROSSELLINI I obtained a diploma of
STILL PHOTOGRAPHER AND PHOTOJOURNALIST.
I just needed another year for getting the STATE DIPLOMA IN FILM AND TELEVISION TECHNIQUE, achieved in 1996 with the highest number of votes.
Later on, I had the opportunity to teach photography to children with disabilities in a project called "ARK", at the institute I. P.S. I. Ponticelli of Naples, which gave me a lot of satisfaction, professionally and personally speaking.
Simultaneously I started working in television as a director of photography, as a cameraman and director.
After many years of working as a teacher and after so many television programmes and many other jobs, meanwhile collaborating with my father as well, in the world of photography, I have been living in Switzerland for only 8 years, doing my job as a photographer.
What do I like to photograph?
Everything, but, most of all, I focus on wedding photograph.
My approach in photography is marked by spontaneity, I don't take many pictures, only as many as are required. I usually move on the scene, looking for the best way to express what happens, I notice the details and I try to capture the most exciting and unrepeatable moments. .
Besides, I have many competitions and exhibitions all over the world.
The most prestigious personal achievement was to be the SEMI FINALIST TO THE MASTER HASSELBLAD in 2012.

Sono un fotografo professionista
La fotografia è una passione che mi accompagna da molto piccolo quando, appena undicenne, con mio padre, sono entrato per la prima volta in una camera oscura, dove ho infilato le mani nelle bacinelle dei chimici per lo sviluppo ed ho osservato incredulo l'immagine che, pian piano, si formava sulla superficie bianca della carta.

Sono una persona che è riuscita a trasformare una passione nella sua professione.
All’età di 12anni, dopo tante volte aver fatto da assistente a mio padre e aver scattato foto con la mia prima Hasselblad, mi ritrovai a fare il mio primo matrimonio. Incredulo del lavoro che andavo a svolgere, riuscii a portare a casa un ottimo risultato.
Da allora contiuai a scattare fotografie ed essere elogiato da tutti coloro che guardavano le mie foto.
Dopo la scuola media decisi di trasformare la mia passione in un lavoro.
Mi iscrissi alla scuola di fotografia I.P.I.A Casanova di Napoli
Dove conseguii il diploma di
OPERATORE FOTOGRAFICO.
Questo non mi bastava, volevo di piu, e decisi di iscrivermi ad una scuola di fotografia e cinema che si trovava a Roma.
L’ISTITUTO DI CINE E TV ROBERTO ROSSELLINI dove conseguii un diploma di
FOTOGRAFO DI SCENA E FOTOREPORTER.
Mi mancava solo un altro anno per consegurire il DIPLOMA DI STATO IN TECNICO DELLA CINEMATOGRAFIA E DELLA TELEVISIONE conseguito nel 1996 con il massimo dei voti.
Piu' tardi, mi si presenta l’opportunità di insegnare fotografia a ragazzi diversamente abili in un progetto chiamato „ARCA“, presso l’istituto I.P.S.I.A Ponticelli di Napoli, il quale mi porto' molte soddisfazini professionali e personali.
Nel frattempo iniziai a lavorare in televisione come direttore della fotografia, cameraman e regista.
In seguito a tanti anni di lavoro come insegnate e dopo tanti programmi televisi e tantissimi lavori che continuano a svolgersi con mio padre nel mondo della fotografia, mi ritrovo in Svizzera da soli 8 anni, dove svolgo la mia professione di fotografo.
Cosa fotografo?
Tutto, ma mi occupo principalmente di fotografia di matrimonio.
Il mio approccio alla fotografia è improntato alla spontaneità, non faccio molte pose, solo dove servono, mi muovo nella scena cercando il modo migliore per raccontare ciò che sta accadendo, inseguo i particolari e tento di catturare i momenti piu emozionanti e irripetibili
Al seguito ho molti concorsi e mostre effettuate in tutto il mondo.
Il piu prestigioso è stato essere SEMIFINALISTA AL MASTER HASSELBLAD nel 2012
